Slaughterhouse Five talks to us about beings who see in four dimensions. In this book, author Kurt Vonnegut describes their view of our lives as appearing like a mountain range. The ups and downs of the flow of events appear fixed and solid like places on a map. It’s an interesting idea, even if it is difficult for us to conceptualize. These beings were named Tralfamadorians by Vonnegut. Yet, what if a similar method is used by machines, planets or angels to ponder the potential of our own paths through the world.
This idea may go some way to explaining why our world can’t seem to ever emerge from the mire of mixed results. A sort of parasite is drunk on the siphoned vapors of what might have been. By timing and a subtle touch, none would even suspect that anything was ever tampered with. Any who claimed otherwise would likely be easily dismissed as delusional, fanciful or simply too idealistic.
In the film ‘Inception’, are we supporting the innocent or the saboteurs for profit?
In the film ‘Parasite’, are we supporting the people or the system?
What do our actions show?
From the foundations of a theoretical cycle, changes are mapped and then overlaid upon the events of our world. By technology and cunning, the projected ranges implied by the outcomes of events become an energy that is seized upon and then rode to unusual good fortune. The spaces implied by original events are claimed by the sacrifice of the founder and originator of the efforts. The hardest part of understanding this might be that the light shines into both directions in time. Upon examination, a prominent figure might be traced to demonstrate the redirected abundance before and afterwards.
In the future impression that our times make upon the screen of recognition, some seem to crave the perks of a fabricated renown. At the cost of meaningful improvements for our families and communities, some would prefer to emerge well known from the rubble of others’ tragedies. We might find that within the universe, Earth is barely known. Yet Mars somehow is very famous and well sought. It would appear like that in this example.
Perhaps the Galaxy is custodian of an enormous cosmic estate. The fall of a fallen Earth is their preferred religion. If only Earth was still here today to celebrate this great abundance with us, they might even say. Rather a chosen placeholder may enjoy the spoils, even if they are not quite like the originator. It may not be ideal, but shucks, someone’s got to enjoy the scheme.
Until our world can comprehend the way by which these strategies might work, we will continue to be naive accomplices to the same machinations. The beauty and riches of our abundant world, is but a broken portion of what should have been. ‘If only’ they might say with concerned faces, as the victim is subtly blamed for the sabotage that is impressed upon their paths. The drama of these schemes is the primary theme of our world’s drama and the spiritual records of our religions. Into submission some enjoy to see the bulk of people willingly surrender. Then others stand entitled to lofty places established on others’ destiny.
Spiritual paradise must be beyond that. A kind of socialist energetic realm would counteract these efforts. But socialism is a dirty word, and simply can’t work we’re reminded. But, that is the story of our manipulated world and here we must discuss a kind of heaven where the rules of the past may not apply in the same way. If we assume heaven to be like our world now, then won’t we transform the scene into something better? Either way these lessons are a difficult process to observe. Until we move beyond it, the dark forest of interference will continue to wait for our next hero to be squashed just as the previous were. May all obstacles to our Earthly paradise be healed and evolved into heart.
Consider carefully going to N.Y. ‘for me’, it sounded like you must have regretted it?
